If you like history you will continue to come back to this web site. The Historical Society will be posting
many in-house research papers, history of the past newspaper articles, and special history features for
students for local history reports. To name a few history topics; Cottonwood Creek, Trains, Boathouses,
Ida Truax, Spanish California, histories of our four Districts, Leucadia, Encinitas, Olivenhain, and
Cardiff. All history topics can be downloaded and will be available soon. All of our 105+ history files are
maintained in the 1883 Schoolhouse. All are welcome to research on our web site or Schoolhouse. We are
open on Friday and Saturday afternoons.
Come by during business hours and have our docents show you around and assist you in any way.

Copies, on paper, can be reproduced for pictures or research material. Cost for reproduction is $.15
per copy.
Assistance in history search is provided by Docents on Friday and Saturday afternoons between
Noon - 4:00 p.m.
